SEM’s XXX Universal Gun Cleaner is a heavy-duty, 100% virgin-solvent cleaner built to strip both solvent-based and waterborne paint residue from spray equipment and aerosol spray tips. Because it handles both coating types in one product, it works as a 2-in-1 cleaner — cutting down on how many separate solvents a paint booth or DIY setup needs to stock, and reducing the chance of grabbing the wrong cleaner for the job.
It’s also suitable for cleaning glass and bare metal. It is not recommended for plastic or painted surfaces, where it can soften or discolor the substrate — keep soaked cloths away from those materials.
To use: apply to a clean, lint-free cloth to wipe hard surfaces, or attach the straw nozzle directly to a spray gun’s tip to reach tight spots. For a clogged aerosol spray tip specifically, twist off the spray button, attach the clogged tip to the cleaner can, and spray through it for a few seconds — never clear a clogged tip with a pin or other object.
