Not every job needs a full two-component kit. Raptor 1K Truck Bed Coating is a single-component (1K) aerosol version of U-POL's Raptor coating — no mixing, no hardener, no pot-life clock. Just shake and spray.
It's formulated to protect truck beds and other vehicle surfaces from impact, scratches, corrosion, and water damage, with strong adhesion to metal, aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, and wood. The clog-free nozzle sprays a textured, sun-fade-resistant finish in 1–2 coats, with each 14.3oz can covering approximately 8.5 sq. ft. — enough for smaller areas like a tailgate, running boards, fender flares, or bed-liner touch-ups, rather than a full-size bed on its own.
Choose the colour that fits your project: Black or White for a ready-to-use finished colour straight out of the can, or Gray as a third finished-colour option — all three share the same 1K formula and cure the same way.
Because it's a 1K (single-component) coating rather than U-POL's 2K catalyzed system, it dries and can be recoated much faster — touch-dry in under an hour and ready to overcoat in 3–4 hours — but doesn't share the same catalyzed-cure toughness as the 2K Raptor kits, so it's best suited to smaller jobs, touch-ups, and accessories rather than a full structural bed liner.
Note: this is a different product from U-POL's 2K (two-component) Raptor bed liner kits — no mixing is required, coverage per can is much smaller, and it is not a substitute for a full 2K bed-lining job.
