Protect your truck bed the way body shops do — without the body-shop bill. This kit pairs U-POL's Raptor coating, a two-component (2K) polyurethane bedliner, with the Professional Vari-Nozzle Application Gun so you have everything needed to spray a durable, textured finish yourself.
Raptor coating is mixed at a 3:1 ratio (coating to hardener) and can be applied by spray gun, HVLP gun, roller, or brush, letting you choose a smoother rolled finish or a sprayed texture depending on the tool and technique. The included Vari-Nozzle gun lets you dial in the texture — from a light grain to a heavy ripple — by adjusting the nozzle rotation, air pressure, and spray distance, all without switching tips or adding thinners.
Choose the colour that fits your project: Black or White for a ready-to-use finished colour straight out of the kit, or Tintable if you want to custom-match your vehicle's paint (tint added separately by the installer, up to the manufacturer's recommended tint percentage).
Each kit contains four bottles of Raptor coating and one tin of hardener, covering roughly 125 square feet — enough for a full-size pickup bed in a single kit.
